Can any one help me to get the format for Resolution for increase in number of members of a private limited company as per Companies Act of 1956, or just suggest me website name where i can search, if any.

hi all pls suggest me that how can i increase the number of director in private limited company and shareholders. presently there is two director and two shareholders in the company but now company intended to register as a public company so pls send me detail procedure about enhancement.
