NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956, an application is being made to the Regional Director, Western Region, Department of Companies Affairs, Government of India, for issuance of a licence directing that the Company to be formed under the name of the Institute of Independent Directors may be registered as, a Company with limited liability without the addition of the word "Limited" or "Private Limited" to its name Institute of Independent Directors, a Company to be registered under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.

Notice is hereby given that any person, firm, company or corporation, objecting to this application, may communicate such objection to the Regional Director, Western Region, Department of Company Affairs, Government of India, Mumbai at the Everest, 5th Floor, 100 Netaji Subhash Road, Mumbai 40002 within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice with a copy to the applicant with complete details of objections.
