formalities for transfering from delhi to mumbai

hello friends

i am shifting from delhi to mumbai. because my father has already a business over there .

i have taken transfer from current firm by filing requesite form (FORM 109).

kindly tell what are the other formalities regarding my commencement of articleship in mumbai.

i had visited institute,they informed me that prior permission is required for the commencement .

so please also tell me that  what things & documents i have to show to the institute for my commencement of articleship in mumbai.
