formalities for transfering from delhi to mumbai

hello friends

i am shifting from delhi to mumbai. because my father has already a business over there .

i have taken transfer from current firm by filing requesite form (FORM 109).

kindly tell what are the other formalities regarding my commencement of articleship in mumbai.

i had visited institute,they informed me that prior permission is required for the commencement .

so please also tell me that what things & documents i have to show to the institute for my commencement of articleship in mumbai.

You are required, in the first instance, to get the consent of the Institute before getting Form 109 signed by the Principal. Your request must be made on a plain paper with recommendations of the Principal for transfer of articleship accompanied by evidence/proof (self-attested by you) for the satisfaction of the Institute to be sent to the institute before 109.
