1.please clarify if FORM16 will be issued when the person changes the job or will it be issued at the financial year end?

also confirm if FORM16 is necessary for filing a return.

2.i have incurred medical expenditure in FY16-17 , for which insurance company reimbursed the amount in FY17-18.please confirm if the reimbursement received in FY17-18 is taxable?if yes,then there any limit uptill which the reimbursement is taxable.

1. Form 16 is issued after year end. See income tax rule 31. Yes form 16 is necessary for filing, it's proof of salary and various allowances for exemption.

2. No, there is no tax on such reimbursement.
