While filing the form SH-7 for a Wholly own subsidiary,the form is not asking for Certification by professional.

Note-The WOS is not file its annual return and FS.

what should I do?

Yes since form AOC-4 has not been filed, you are facing this issue. You may file Annual filing forms first and file SH-7. If you cannot, then you may very well get the certification from a Practicing professional.

I imagine you must have filed the form SH-7 by now, but for the sake of those who may be having similar queries, please get the certification.
