Form No INC 22
is it necessary to file form INC 22 for newly incorporated company?

Inc 22 yes certainly.
Isn't there any provision for stating Registered office detail at the time of filing incorporation form
If you select temporary registered office at time of incorporation then whithin 30 days of incorporation you need to file Inc 22.

Actually in my case, Company incorporation process was completed by Some other person. so i want to know whether address selected at that time was temporary or registered permanent address..
