Dear Friends,

Plz help me urgent....I am in CA Final Student nd also i have cleared my B.Com nd now preparing for M.Com as Non Collegest (Private) but I have not take permission from CA Institute in Form 112 for MCom although I have submitted Form 112 for B.Com.

Can anybody tell me is it compulsory submit Form 112 for any other cources which we r perusing other then CA nd if we dont have submitt that then what will happen.

Plz tell me all Procedure.

ya..it's necessary to submit form 112 for mcom..also send copy of bcom marksheet along with form 112....

non disclosure will lead to delays while applying for Institute's membership....

yes its compulsory to submit the form 112 to institute 4 any other course u r pursuing otherthan CA...with the delay in submitting this form, u will suffer later when u complete ur CA studies and applied for membership no..

Yes it is...

Not taking permission may lead to not considering the articles period which is undergone while doing the other additional course. You can apply for condonation.
