i think 112 is necessary to fill up when you are going to start your articleship and at this time i think you should not fill up form 112!!!!!!!!

i have submitted 112 as im doing cs also. but i couldn't give any documental evidence for cs course. i registered for cs last friday n that day only i submitted 103 n 112. but cs institute hasn't given me any receipt sort of a thing which i can show in the ca institute. so, if i go n ask in icsi to give me any kind of acknowledegemt that i have registered for the cs course, will they give????????
Yes It is mandatory to ask for permission to do any other course simultaneously with CA. So you have to submit FORM 112 with supported documents.
