Hi can any one explain me in detail the procedure for MBP-1 and MGT-14 and what are the other attachments to be attached to these both forms.

As per sec 184, we have to take the MBP-1 from all the Directors of the Company and need to be placed at the First Board Meeting of the Company and within 30 days of the said meeting we have to file MGT-14 with ROC.
In Form MGT-14 we have to attach only the CTC of Board Resolution passed for taking into record the MBP-1 of all Directors.
