form is required to be filed or not
my company is a private limited company and has taken a place on rent and is using it as RO. now has purchased the same place and as previously using it as RO. I think BR is sufficient in this case and further any form is reqd to be filed with ROC or not?

No form is required in this case as you are already using the premises as registered office, it doesnt matter whether it is self owned or rented
