Pls guide me in the following case:-
My company is a continous defaulter (for the last 5 years ) of  redemption of its debentures on due date is my company will be required to file FORM DDB pursuant to Sec 274(1) (g) of the Copmaies act  Rules 2003.Pls note the company is a sick company . If yes , each year we have to file this form?
