Form 67 due date?

Do we need to file Form 67 before 31 July (like 30 July) or it can also be filed on 31 July to claim foreign tax credit? If Form 67 was filed and verified on 31 July, can cpc decline foreign tax credit?

Based on the time period it cannot be rejected, as it has been filed and e-verified within timeline.

E-verify the ITR at earliest.
