You have to club all unpaid dividend account and file form 5 INV and in excel sheet you have to send 1 excel sheet incorporating the details of all the unpaid dividend investor wise.

Hi

You can club the details in Excel Sheet. But you have to restrict the file size within 40 MB, if it exceeds               40 MB, file the remaining details in another excel sheet. But don't give the same file name.If you give the same file name to both the excel sheet, only the later will taken into account. So give different file name viz. investor details 1, investor details 2. So that all details will upload correctly and the related FORM 5 INV will got approved.

Hope the matter is now resolved.
