Form 5 inv

Hello all,

My Query relates to a Form 5 INV.

Point No. 5 of the aforesaid form states that Number of small shareholder of the Company.

The point of Contention is whether we have fill the total no of small shareholder of the Company as on AGM or totaol no of those shareholder whose amt. stand uncliamed/unpaid.
