Suppose X pvt ltd company of india purchase raw material from various abroad companies. There is no relationship between X pvt ltd and foreign company. Do the Company need to file Form 3CEB along with annual returns.

NO NOT AT ALL...BECAUSE IN THIS CASE THE FOREIGN COS. ARE NOT ASSOCIATED ENTERPRISE OF X LTD. AS PER SEC 92A OF IT ACT....
