How much fees and additional fees will be charged by mca as company incorporated before 3 months and form has to be submitted within 30 days of incorporation. And what does it mean :--

has not been filed complete in all respects within due date. Hence, this eForm has been treated as Invalid Not taken
on Record.The LLP/ person is free to file the above-mentioned eForm afresh complete in all respects with fee and additional
fee, as applicable.
