Form 3 of llp

If you are unsure if form 3 is filed or not, go to View Public Documents and enter LLP name.

If LLP was incorporated during time of new V3 portal, go to My Application screen of Designated Partners and see if any form shown there. Also ask your Practicing Professional to check in their login.

form 3 has to be submtted from the date of incorporation 

form 11 has to be submitted after incorporation.
