Yes even I read somewhere it to be 15th Sept... are you sure it has been extended?

For companies with non xbrl filing (as per Sch VI)- dates are 15/09/2012 or within 30 days of AGM whichevr is later 

For companies with xbrl filing (as per Sch VI)- dates are 15/11/2012 or within 30 days of AGM whichevr is later 

Can somebody please confirm whether the forms available for download at MCA21 website(Form 23AC and ACA) are indeed the forms newly released as per the Revised Schedule VI? Or are they yet to be released?

Are these new forms released yet? I downloaded the latest forms on Sept 15th but still got the error that the new forms are yet t obe received(the ones that comply with Rev Sch VI).

Wasn't 15th Sept supposd to be the due date?

This Ministry had issued General Circular No. 21/2012 dated 02.08.2012 for extending time for filing eform 23AC and 23ACA (non-XBRL) as per revised Schedule VI without any additional fees/penalty upto 15.09.2012 or within 30 days from the date of their AGM, whichever is later.

It is to inform you that with approval of competent authority, the filing of eform 23AC and 23ACA (non-XBRL), is now extended upto 15.10.2012 or within 30 days from the date of AGM, whichever is later.

It is expected that forms get released soon but since a long time we have been waiting. I cant say anything looking at the past experience with ministry.

New Form 23AC, ACA are now availbale on site of Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

In order to ensure smooth filing and to avoid last minute rush, it is to inform you that with the approval of the competent authority, the due date of filing of e-forms 23AC (Non-XBRL) or 23ACA (Non-XBRL) as per new schedule VI is now further extended in following manner without any additional fees:-

(a)          Company holding AGM or whose due date for holding AGM is on or before 20/09/12, the time limit will be 03/11/12 or due date of filing, whichever is later.

(b)          Company holding AGM or whose due date for holding AGM is on or after 21/09 /12, the time limit will be 22/ 11/ 12 or due date of filing, whichever is later.
