I have a couple of question regarding Form 23AC filing.

Is it compulsory to fill the "Previous year" column?

Due to the change in format i would like to know where i should Credit the "Profit & Loss Account" number in this years form.

The 2012 form doesn't have the "Profit & Loss Account" section in Part B (I. Particulars of mobilisation and deployment of funds).

Form 23AC now contains the particulars to be filled in Balance Sheet and P&L as per the revised schedule VI ....It shows particulars to be furnished if balance sheet on or after 31.3.2011.......As per my knowledge u need to fill the previous yrs. details especially those marked with red star.....
