Form 23 c
Dear Experts,
We had filed form 23 C for two companies on 30th June-2014,for the FY 2014-15.In the evening notification cames out that new form will be prescribed shortly.
Can old form 23 C can be accepted in place of new form which are supposed to be prescribed in shortly.
Kindly guide us and do the needful.

Hi Rachana, i dont think any one can guide you correctly in this case....I advise you to raise a ticket at the MCA portal for the same.....they are the right person to guide you....
