If in your case there is no need to file Form 23, then you can leave that point blank in Form 2 which asks for the SRN of Form 23.

when i click the check form  button then it asks to enter the SRN  of  form 23.

Hi Sachin,

In case allotment is made by passing special resolution under section 81 of the Companies Act, 1956 (further issue of shares), service request number (SRN) of eForm 23 filed with the Registrar of Companies is needed. Also enter the date of passing of special resolution.

In any other case, SRN of Form 23 is not required.
