If you use Busywin (from Busy Infotech) you can print Form 16A alongwith e-filing of e-tds returns which is better then Tally.

If you purchase seperate software for e-TDS, one for Service Tax, one for Excise, one for VAT. one for..... etc.  you find Busywin is much cheaper then all this software as it covers all aspects of accounting and statutory compliance, vat  as per state specific laws.
