Form 16a downloand from new site tdscpc.gov.in (traces)

you can download by clicking HTTP Download for form 16a

HTTP download button is inactive so i am not able to download requested file

Can you check the Remarks field for that respective Form No.16A row. Because one can download provided the remarks contains as "Available" Otherwise, it is not possible to download the requested file.

Dear suri I got possession of my flat in Nov 2012 and till now we have not shifted because i am working in other city and my flx at is vacant after getting physical pocessession. Obvious i have taken bank loan of 45 lack on this flat and every year giving 2.5 lakh as interest since last 3 years. I want to know that whether I can declear my flat as ** LET OUT ** ? can any one point me link or let me know how to calculate tax on such property ? remarks field is blank.         Also i am not able to download pdf generation utility software. I have tried several times to download but after some time error appears and download stops

If Remarks filed contains remarks as "Submitted" - It means request placed successfully but still process is going on to make file ready for download.  If remarks filed is blank, it is better to contact TRACES Helpline or mail to TRACES Contact mail stating same.
