Hi,
My previous employer has deducted TDS from salary and is not issuing the Form 16 for the financial year 2007-08.
Have sent a Reg. Letter to the IT. Commissioner -TDS, Mumbai with a copy to the employer but not yet recd. the Form 16.
Kindly Advise.
