Form-16 from previous employer

How can you file any rectification for AY2008-09 now.

Are there any changes in Form 16 from the Original one issued by Employer?.

Are you efiling or manually filing the rectification return?

Rectification return can only from AY 2009-10 onwards only on Efiling Portal.

Yes I am planning to do rectification physically for AY 2008-09 as it is not allowed electronically.

I have got Tax demand notice from IT depart for AY 2008-09.So for rectification i would need to submit them Form16.

Many CAs asked for Form-16 for rectification process.Correct me if my/their understanding is wrong.

Kindly let me know, are you expecting the original Form 16 or revised Form 16 from your employer. 

Because, if you have lost the Form 16 issued by your Employer, then you must wait till your Employer re-issues it again.

Also, let me know what kind of Demand you have received from IT, if possible share it. Accordingly, we can find solution

Yes,I have lost it :(

I am waiting from past 3 months,he is not giving it :(

I have got  intimation U/s 143 from IT department
