my articleship had been completed... but due to excess leaves...
my articleship had been extended............
I had filed a form 108 to the institute.... and received a letter of extended training...
Is the compulsory to filed a form 119 to the institute or employer ????
please reply me its urgent
Form 119 is to request form 108 from employer, that part is done in your case.
You have 2 alternates to complete the excess period:
1. Continue with same principal without any break, use form 107.
2. Join another CA or same CA with break, use form 102 & 103.
