I did B.com Regular (Only First Yr) although didn't attend a single class and regular to my office then for IInd and IIIrd year of B.Com I did private.
Can you please guide me what should I do? Should I send the form 112 or what. Please help!
I recently saw a notification about this on ICAI website. Please guide me to solve this.

Yes, U will have to Send the Form, because u have not informed in ur Articalship, so now the institute is giving an oppurtunity to condon your voilation, so i Suggest you please send the form with Rs.5000/- D.D, because in future at any point of time, if it comes to the notice of ICAI Disciplinary action will be intiated which is more Critical.
Institute is sending the Notice to the Members even, for not Giving intimation of additional Course during intranship. Hdence it is recommended to send the form
