Form 112 submission & cs registration

I have started my articles on 30-10-2014 and have applied for registration on 31-10-2014.I completed my 1st year of B.Com graduation and have disconinued it as such I havent disclosed anything in form 112. Now i wanted to take up CS executive So

1.Do I have to pay some fees if I download the form from website?

2.Do I have to give the details regarding the registration like CS student registration number or anything?

3. How many years should I mention if i wish to take executive now and then professional later ? Is it 2 years I should mention?

Dear Ashish,

As per the provisions of form-112, you can do one additional course with articleship training period (but timing of said course must be up to 11 A.M., It means you must join office max @ 11 A.M.)

In your case, you were discontinuing your B.com (Graduation) and started CS then you can go for it with formalities of Form-112.

No fees shall be paid for applying form-112. From the below given link you can download & submit to Mumbai office within the 100 Days of started Additional course i.e. CS.

All the other details of your CS course have to fill in form-112. Also read instructions given in the form-112 for better understanding.
