I am in 2nd year of my articleship. i filled form 112 to pursue bcom final year along with 102 & 103. i completed bcom and now registered for CS executive program with ICSI. Do I need to fill form 112 again for seeking permission for CS course.
If yes, do i need to submit any proof for my bcom completion.

Simply send you marksheets/degree of b.com and then 112 for cs...it would be better if you also write 3-4 lines stating that you have completed your b.com and now submitting form for cs.
