Greetings !!

I have a query regarding form 112 of ICAI. My article ship is going to end on 19th oct 2013, and I wish to enlist in LLB course here in my city. Its a regular course and the addmisions are still going on in this college. If I take addmision after 19th oct, say 25 th oct, by getting the fee reciept dated 25th oct 2013, then do I still need to submit form 112. Do ICAI can ask for 112 form just because I enrolled in 2013-14 session. I asked my principle regarding this but he wasn't sure about this ... Please help !!

The main purpose as to why form 112 needs to be filled up is because ICAI is concerned that your articleship timings and your additional course timings should not clash...In your case you are going to commence your classes for LLB only after completion of articleship.... so you need not fill up form 112. However i would suggest you to raise your query on E-Sahayataa or call up ICAI just to be on the safer side.
