Form 112 querry

actually there is no timelimit fixed for submitting form112 but you have to inform to icai abt additional course as early as possible..

112 is designed is a way student should mandatorily inform to icai about pursuing of addditional course 

failing which is treated a professional msconduct and may treat articles invalid..

You should submit form 112 within one month from the date of registration of such other course along with a copy of proof such as registration letter......If you delay, You will have to pay specified amount towards condonation of delay through a dd in the name of secretary, regional head office.

Penality fee details:

upto 30days..........100

31-180 days.........300

181 +......................1000

(The above dates will be counted from the due date i.e, If you register for CS on 1st jan, the duedate is 31st jan)
