Form 112 issue

I submitted 112 form along with articleship form. But according to that my college timings clashes with office hours. And hence they rejected. 

But the fact I didn't bring to the notice is that I don't go for classes rather I give my whole time to articleship. And regarding this I can provide a declaration from the principal of the college stating that the student need not attend the classes and can go for articleship.

Will my articleship gt accepted if I provide such declaration from the principal?

Note: I have registered for CA under Eastern region.
