Say if you don't submit any form, and 

in future if you are practicing as a CA and in your card if you are mentioning your CS qualification, then IT WILL BE A PROBLEM.

However, if you are going for industry, your qualification as CS will not make any problem.

Just relax.

Note. THIS IS MY PERSONAL OPINION as i had experience by seeing some my seniors and friends doing the same.
