Form 112 is For Other Course Which U R Pursuing Along With CA....

Bhagyesh, 112 is alwz there.. before 2008 even... It was just that ICAI never took some action for those students who never submitted the form. But now ICAI is becoming more n more active..

So, better is u fill the form with extra penalty charges. Because, at the end by hook or crook u r suppose to inform ICAI about ur other coarse,....

Today I have gone to the Institute, they told it is not required as my articleship started on august 2007.

Bhagyesh, Form 103 also contain a section where u hv 2 mention about the other corse.

Though , u r regstrd b4 April Form 112 is not mandatory in practical circumstances 4 u. 

i have joined CA while i was doing B.com 2nd yr and now i have already completed my B.com and few days back i got to know about this that i have to submit form 112 . am writing PCE this May . what should i do ?
