Form 112

If your articleship going on then you have to file form112 otherwise not required. As per your query i understand you not submitted form 112 for your U.G.Course along with continuing articleship is it correct your U.G.course now completed so don't send form 112 but not submitting the form 112 for doing U.G.course along with article ship the ICAI has to levy a penalty at the time of getting memebership(real case in my senior) then you have to disclose all your qualification.

                    But still your article ship going on then submit form 112 immediatly the ICAI may levy penalty upto Rs.1000 for late submission(this also real case in my junior). Previously i.e more than one year back the form 112 should be submit with in one month from the date of joining of the other course but as per latest ammendment to the rules for doing other course the form 112 should be submit before joining the course after getting permission from icai then only elgible for doing or joining in other course.
