i have just completed my 3 years of articleship training. but i have not done gmcs 2 yet. can i fill the completion of articleship form (108)?
what should i do..?? i am planning on doing it after my november 2015 attempt... please help

Yes, you can submit form 108 without further ado. Recently, ICAI has announced that students need to complete GMCS-II before applying for membership. So, there is no correlation between the two.
