This is Srikanth From Raichur, Karnataka, I Sent Form 108 ( Articleship completed Form ) on Feb 03 2011, but till today I didn’t received the Reply from Our Institute, than what is the procedure to be followed by me to get the certificate of Completed articleship. Advance Thanks

confirm if they have received the letter or not ... u shud wait for more as i got the letter after 1.5 mnth from the institue from the date i submitted the form 108
If u don`t receive any response , you may contact the institute or resend the certified copy of
form-108 giving reference the original Form-108 send dated so n so in this regard.

first open members records from icai website ..see that ur status.. then proceed further ...send an written intimation indicating your details of articleship ...to institute
