According to my form 102 my articleship got over in december but due to excess leave i have to work till march so should i submit form 108 now or in march and which date should i write for my articleship completion. Also if i submit in march then do i have to submit a condonation letter and late fee. Is the condonation letter to be signed by the principal.

You have to send 108 within a month of end your original term, then if you choose to serve the excess period with the same employer, you have to additionally fill up and send form 107. If you choose to complete the excess period under some other CA, use form 102 & 103 after you've sent form 108 signed by the previous employer.
If you and your principal wish to avoid the excess paper work, fill up and send form 108 with leaves under limit. And serve the excess off the record, i.e. just like that.. Though that's not the right way to do as you can run away once your CA has signed that.. ;)
In form 108 you fill in the original term of agreement.
