form 108-late filing

Hi, as sch, there r no practical cases i've seen were ICAI inspect abt the stipend thing.. Coz, ther r so many studnts in my knwledge who never recieved their stipends regularly, bt still were able to get their completion confirmation letter from ICAI.... Now a/w 108, u need to fill 119 as well.... And theres no hard n fast format for condonation letter., u need to specifu ur details like reg. no, name, current status, etc.., and a 'genuine' reason for filling late... It should contain simple forgiveness only, no technical words reqd..

I have submitted a condonation letter  of draft of 300 with form 108 as i was late by 1month 5 days in filing it. Can anyone tell me what should i do as by mistake as per my  form  i have taken 5 days excess leave. Now i want to rectify my mistake. what should i do???

Form 108 should be submitted to the office of the Institute within 30 days. In case of delay in filing 

the form beyond the stipulated period, it has to be accompanied by a request for condonation and 

appropriate condonation fee as per the following schedule: 

(i) Delay upto 30 days beyond the initial period  Rs.    100/- 

(ii) Delay between 31 days & 180 days      Rs.    300/- 

(iii) Delay beyond 181 days                 Rs. 1,000/

30 days from which day??????

including extension
or

as per 36 months from the date of registration.....
pzz help
