The problem m facing while filling up Form 108 is to mention the stipend details my bank account no is a 16 digit no../..while the space given is of only 9 digitss...please suggest an apt manner to fill d same.(there is no space to make extra boxes)..i dont wanna dat it gets rejected or something...

Write the extra digits outside the boxes.
No need to fill the bank details....it needs to be filled up only if the stipend is being deposited by your c.a. directly in your bank a/c. otherwise not and this was told to us by one of my frends c.a.
