Form 108

so in such case u must have not filled up form fully or u havent filed form 112 just check it.

I have already submitted form 112.In there letter they have mention about form 108 details of work undertaken or received.Is it necessary to fill last Particular of Other Areas (To be Specified)

Thanks sir for your reply i found my mistake my principal has signed in section which i have left blank bcoz not applicable to me

Yes then refill the form 108 and can also send a letter with your principal signature  replying to icai's letter and send them thier copy of letter also .
