Friends. hav u seen a particular sentence in Form 108 asking the principal to certify abt the satisfactory performance and moral character of the article...???  Y shud our principal certify abt our moral character?? Wat rights he has got to comment on it.. Y he needs to certify dos things...NOn Sense...  Certfin the satisfactory perf itself is ok... But relli ICAI is takin too much freedom to interfere in our personal affairs...
