i had finished my articleship in oct last yr..n appered for finals in nov..which i dint clear..
i have not submitted form 108 till now...n now wen i was filling d exam form for may-11..i realised dat v hav 2 mention d date n provide a certified copy of d letter dat v recv on submission of form 108...i really cant understand wat 2 do now???if i submit form 108 now..will i get d reply letter b4 last date of exam form..???can any1 plz suggest wat i shud do???i'm really scared now..
generally you have to submit form 108 within 1 month of completion of articleship. I did the same when my articleship completed in dec'10.
I got my letter from institute in 3 weeks......so you must contact institute and apprise them of your situation.............and make some excuse that you were out for some audit assignment or something...
thanks a lot ankur...i called at d delhi office..n i hav got d solution..all i hav 2 do is write "awaited" in d exam form n submit it..but i'l definitely submit 108 by monday too!!!! :)
