I had got transfer in Nov.08 and as per termination letter there was an excess leave of 20 days (upto 23/11/08).
Then i got registered with another CA for balance period and on completion i filled form 108. and in reply i have received termination letter where there was an excess leave of 14 days (upto 01/11/2010)
Now i am filling form 107 but i m confused about the period for the same.
kindly advise me that for what days either 14 or 34 days form 107 is to be filled?

You should fill up for 14 days in form 107, i.e. as per the latest letter from ICAI. It means that as per their latest records and calculations, you still have to serve 14 days.
