Form 102 and 103 problem

I want to change my articleship but i have filled form 102 and 103 form has been sent for approval to member but not approved yet can i delete my form bcoz in that its showing 102 for m submitted and 103 sent for approval 

What should i do ? can you plss suggest me. .
