             Hey Ramachandran,
Form 10-IE issues have been a real headache for many. That “No response from server” error and the stuck draft date problem have been persistent for a lot of users.
Here’s a quick checklist to try and resolve or work around the problem:
- 
Clear browser cache and cookies, or try a different browser or incognito/private mode. 
- 
Ensure JavaScript and pop-ups are enabled for the income tax e-filing site. 
- 
Use a different computer or network if possible — sometimes firewall or network issues cause server communication problems. 
- 
Confirm your system date, time, and timezone are correctly set (which you already tried). 
- 
Try filing Form 10-IE during non-peak hours, like early morning or late night, when server load is lower. 
- 
If you get the draft form stuck with an old date, try starting a fresh form instead of using the draft. 
- 
Since you already mailed the issue, keep following up with CPC via phone or mail referencing your complaint and ticket number if any. 
Unfortunately, the portal still has glitches, and patience is key.
