We are registering our company and we have filled the form1a . I came to know that next step is to fill form 1 and have to get a article of memorandom and article of association. Please let me know how can i go about this activity. There is a process of stamping how can i get it done.
Please let me know who will help me is drafting article of association or can I draft it of my own.

U CAN DRAFT THE ARTICLE OF ASSOCIATION & MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION OF UR OWN..
BUT U MUST B CAREFULL WHILE DESCRIBING THE MAIN OBJECT OF THE COMPANY WHICH MUST HAV LINK WITH THE NAME APPROVED.
REST AS Mr. SUMIT SAID U CAN VISIT THE SITE...

generally v give the details like main object, capital, 1st directors etc to the printer. he sends us MOA & AOA for proff reading. v finalse thm n get thm ready thn. take care tht the main object is similar to tht mentioned in the form 1A tht has been approved.
thn u can get 1st page of MOA & AOA franked n attach thm with form 1.
