I am forget to take one outward invoice ( 5-sep-2018) in gstr3b month oct 18. I file gstr 1 correctly. Now what to do to correct gstr 3b.

Show the invoice in gstr return of oct month
If the recipient add the missed invoice from his side in his GSTR-2, then you just need to accept the same. Then it'll be alright.
Besides this, you can add this missed invoice in your next month return also.
