I heard that FOREX rate fluctuates almost every 4 seconds, that means 21,600 times a day. Can anybody tell me what are the factors influences to change. Also how they know the exact % to change. This question is applicable to gold rate and ruppe rate also petrol rate. plssssssssss answer.
