Foreign contractor

There is one company which has entered into a contract with foreign company  whereby foreign company will provide corporate services related to the main business activity of the indian company. In return, the foreign company will charge certain % of turnover of indian company as its technical fee.

Pls tell me, is there is any % mentioned in FEMA regarding such technical fee? Do the indian company need to submit the copy of contract to RBI?
